EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Face masks are not returnable or exchangeable .
You must email us for all returns before returning any items to initiate a return .
You have up to 10 days from receipt of your order to exchange an item for a different size or request a refund. Shipping cost for exchanges and returns are at the expense of the customer and original Shipping costs are non refundable.
Final sale Items can not be returned or exchanged. Every Item sold for 50% less then its original price is considered a Final sale item . This also includes a combination of a discount code and a already "on sale" price . Please consider this before your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your Final sale item and want to return it , we can issue store credit , which is valid for 4 months . These returned items must still comply with our return policy .
Customized and Made to Order Items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
All items that you like to Return or Exchange must be unworn , unwashed , in perfect condition and with the label still attached in its original position .
Uliherzner.com reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns sent or conveyed past the return deadline, as well as items that are not in the same condition in which they were received. If your return does not comply with our return policy and you return it anyway , we will send the item back to you .
-Once we receive your package, we will examine the condition of the item(s) before processing your exchange or reimburse the returned item(s).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method in the order in which they are received (typically within 2- 5 business days from reception of your parcel). Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect refunds to your account.
SENDING YOUR RETURN PARCEL
1 If you like to return or exchange an item , please email us with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange prior to sending your parcel .
2. To prepare your parcel, please securely pack your item(s), ensure that the label is still attached in its original position , please use original packaging if possible, and enclose your order number .
3. Attach the return shipping label onto your parcel with the return address below.

4. When shipping your parcel, we recommend you track and insure your package. Uliherzner.com will not be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We will not accept C.OD. deliveries and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
All Dresses ship directly from our NYC studio .
All Uli by Uli Herzner Dresses , Ready to Wear Dresses one of a kind pieces and all Dresses on Sale are in stock and ship within 1-5 business days from our Studio .
We require Signature on all packages over 400$ to assure receipt . If you like to decline Signature at arrival , please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org . If you decline Signature , we are not responsible for any lost packages .
We are a small boutique independent Design Studio .
Every Runway Dress is made in our NYC Studio , ones we receive your Order . Please email use with any concerns , fit and style questions at Uli@uliherzner.com . We like to encourage our Runway customer to contact us with any special requests , slight changes and customizations to assure the perfect fit of your Runway Piece . We like you become part of the design process and help assure to create the perfect Dress for you . We will then cut and sew your dress and ship it within 5-20 business days .Customized Runway Dresses can not be returned .
Original Runway dresses are eligible for returns .
we do ship international
International Orders may or may not be subject to custom duties and fees , depending on your country. It is hard to predict if these fees occur and what the amount would be . These fees may be collected when the parcel is arriving in your country . Ones you place an international order you are responsible for any import taxes and duties , if they occur . If you do not pay these fees or decline the package or fees at delivery , you can not be refunded for your item or any shipping costs , as the Package will not be send back to us , but confiscated by your country .
A custom form and invoice will be included in your Parcel . This form can not be altered or changed .
