Shipping policy

All Dresses ship directly from our NYC studio .

All Uli by Uli Herzner Dresses , one of a kind pieces  and all Dresses on Sale  are in stock and ship within 1-2 business days from our  Studio .

We require Signature on all packages over 600$ to assure receipt . If you like to decline Signature at arrival , please let us know at info@uliherzner.com . If you decline Signature , we are not responsible for any lost packages .

We are a small boutique independent Design Studio .

Every piece from the Prestige Line and all Lace Skirts are made in our NYC  Studio , ones we receive  your Order . Please email use with any concerns , fit and style questions at Uli@uliherzner.com . We like to encourage our Prestige customer to contact us with any special requests , slight changes  and customizations to assure the perfect fit of your Prestige  Piece . We like you become part of the design process and help assure to create the perfect Dress for you . We will then cut and sew your dress  and ship it within 3-10 business days .

Customized Prestige Pieces can not be returned .

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

we do ship international 

International  Orders may or may not be subject to custom duties and fees , depending on your country.  It is hard to predict if these fees occur and what the amount would be . These fees  may be collected when the parcel is  arriving in your country . Ones you place an international order you are responsible for any import taxes and duties , if they occur . If you do not pay these fees or decline the package or fees at delivery  and the package gets send back to us , you can not be refunded for your item or any shipping costs . 

A custom form and invoice  will be included in your Parcel . This form can not be altered or changed .
